Yes, the hotel requires a $50 incidental deposit, per room, per night during your stay.
At the time of registration, all guests must present a valid credit card and photo ID. At that time, an authorization will be made for the entire visit of room and tax charges, along with an incidental deposit for any other charges. Our Front Desk can advise you on the current incidental deposit amount.
The incidental deposit is a credit hold made to your credit card and is released by the hotel on the day of departure back to your bank. Please note, any bank may take up to 14 days to release any credit hold on a credit card. Your bank can provide you the most updated information on their policies.
Yes, we are happy to hold up to two packages for you, complimentary. For each additional package there is a $15 service fee. Packages may arrive no earlier than seven days prior to your stay. You must have a valid reservation or be a registered guest for the hotel to accept any items on your behalf. Packages received for any person who is not a registered or expected guest will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
The hotel charges a Facility Fee of $35plus tax per night which provides our guests the following amenities:

I did not make my reservation through the hotel's website and need to make a change or cancellation?
Any changes or cancellations must be done through the same booking agent or website where you originally make the reservation.
We do require a photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.

By car, estimated travel times are as follows:

Reduced rate self parking for our guests is available at Regal Parking, 11 East 38th Street (between Madison and 5th Avenue. Current daily rate of $55 (sedan/regular-size car) and $65 (SUV/oversize car) per 24 hours will apply. Guest must drive directly to the parking facility to drop off and retrieve for parking. Hotel will validate car receipt at the front desk and payment is made directly to the garage.
